How To Book

If you are interested in making a booking with Rebecca, please use the contact form to submit your inquiry. Your date is not secure until you have paid the deposit and completed a contract.

Secure Your Booking

To officially book your wedding date, a completed contract and a non-refundable deposit of £100 are required. The deposit will be credited toward your balance on the wedding day.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer one week prior or cash on the morning of the wedding.

By paying the deposit you are aware this is to secure your date and is non-refundable.

Please note – When you book your trial appointment this does not hold your wedding date. No dates or services will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit.

Travel Costs

Travel over 10 miles charged at 50p per mile

Additional Costs:

The client is responsible for all additional travel-related fees b- such as but not limited to, parking fees, tolls, hotel arrangements, and flights. These fees will be discussed prior and will be accounted for in the final invoice.

Main areas covered, however, Rebecca can travel further afield including destination wedding locations:

Cancellation

By canceling your booking you are aware that you will lose your deposit. If you cancel after the full amount is paid a refund will not be issued.

Cancellations must be made two weeks (14 days) prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed. Any cancellation will be liable to loss of deposit.

Rebecca’s obligation to give services is subject to sickness, accidents, unprecedented circumstances, and other reasons beyond her control. Rebecca is not liable for these circumstances and will do everything within her power to find a replacement artist.

Changes to the bridal party can be made up to one month prior to the booking date. Any party changes made after that will incur full costs of services. This includes additional party members who decide to cancel their booking. Additional bridal party members can be added if time/resources allow. This must be communicated at least two weeks before the booking date.

Assistant Costs

If an assistant is required an additional charge will be applied of £50.00

Surcharges

Weekend weddings minimum booking fee of £250.00

Weekday weddings minimum booking fee of £150.00

Health & Safety

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, Rebecca is taking extra precautions with the care of every guest to include a health history review and enhanced sanitisation/disinfection procedures in accordance with local, national, and international guidelines.

All tools and brushes will be fully sanitised before and after use.  Guests must fully sanitise their hands before their appointment and report any symptoms of COVID-19 to Rebecca BEFORE arriving at the appointment.

Insurance

Rebecca is fully insured and is a member of Salon Gold – Specialist Hair and Beauty Insurance.
